As Diageo Turkey, we see ourselves as an important component of gastronomy, agriculture and tourism in Turkey and in the world. We are in solidarity with these ecosystems and believe that we will rise together as they progress and rise.

The whole, which we describe as the “Diageo Turkey ecosystem”, consists of our employees, grape and anise farmers, and hundreds of thousands who work directly or indirectly in the gastronomy and tourism sectors. We also carry out many solidarity projects that create different benefits by providing material and moral support for this valuable ecosystem. Because we know that we can achieve better tomorrows only with solidarity.

There is a big claim at the heart of our ecosystem solidarity: We are trying to prove that "another company" is possible. In our opinion; a company that supports the arts, defends the rights of all living beings and in other words, tries to be a “responsible social institution” beyond fulfilling its corporate social responsibility.

Agriculture

Agriculture is an indispensable subject for us. We are one of the largest establishments with a farmer's license engaged in viticulture in its own lands. Our farming structure started in 2005. We have received a Farmer Certificate since 2011. As an agriculture-based industrial organization, we know that protecting our land is one of our top priorities, and we are working with farmers, universities, etc. to support the sustainability of agriculture. We carry out many studies with ecosystem stakeholders.

Gastronomy

As Diageo Turkey, we are the representative of a tradition of more than 150 years whose roots are in İnhisarlar İdaresi and Tekel. We are a company that aims to share the joy and sadness of these lands, that is, to renew the heritage of socialization and transfer it to future generations. For this reason, gastronomy is at the center of our mission. We see ourselves as an important component of gastronomy in Türkiye and in the world. We are proud to be a gastronomy exporter thanks to our raki production, which is Turkey's largest fresh fruit and vegetable export product.

Tourism

The understanding of tourism, which has changed and developed over the years, has brought gastro-tourism to the fore. As the relationship between agriculture and tourism sectors developed, the concept of agro-tourism emerged. These two concepts emphasize that individuals not only want to travel and see the countries they visit, but they actually want to experience them. Raki is the only drink which owns a unique food culture and table have been developed. Raki table shows the hospitable and inclusive culture of our country to all over the world. Because “Wherever we are from and wherever we are, if we can speak with our heart language when we sit at the same table; We know that we are in a country with great people and great love.”

Art and Culture

Considering that we, as the human civilization, have never needed art so much in any period of history; we can also clearly see that we have to put forward a hope fed by science, art and dreams. For this reason, from theater to cinema, from biennials to exhibitions, we also work to spread the unifying and healing power of art everywhere, in solidarity with the culture-art ecosystem.

Our suppliers

The supply chain has a very important place in the sector we are in. Our suppliers, from which we supply many products from grapes to anise, from glass bottles to plastic caps, which we can list as the most important components we use in production, are among our important business partners.
