Vermouth
Vermouth is made from the distillation of white wine flavoured with the vermouth plant and certain parts (leaves, seeds, roots, etc.) of various aromatic and tonic herbs. Pure alcohol is added, the alcohol volume is increased to a 16 % minimum and 19 % maximum, and it is sweetened by adding karamel or mistel if required.

The herbs are rested in wine aged under special conditions, so the medicinal qualities of the herbs are reflected in the wine and give vermouth its magical quality.

Bottle Volume: Sold in 70 cl bottles.
Distilleries: Produced at the Bilecik Distillery.
Alcohol Volume: 17 %.
Suggestion for drinking: It may be taken as an aperitif, before or after meals, at 7-10 º C or room temperature.
