The 100 % natural and high quality Tekel Birası is produced with Tekel's centennial experience in beer production. First, barley malt is processed with hot water to produce must, and this must is boiled with hop. Then this mixture is chilled, fermented with beer yeast and rested, then pasteurized to be bottled to be sold in the now legendary bottles. Tekel Birası contains 5 % alcohol and is a fully natural beverage. It contains no additive or preservative. Beer is a beverage that should be consumed fresh. We give special importance not to extend the shelf life of Tekel Birası by using artificial methods in production and not to damage the natural composition of the beer. We have now launched the healthy, natural and fresh Tekel Birası that beer lovers may consume with confidence in 50 cc and 33 cc '66 year-old brand new' dark brown bottles at sales points all over Turkey.
